Registration for players and coaches is now open - please take the time to read this page to keep up to date with all info.

The health and safety of our players and their families continues to be of the utmost importance to all of us and we will keep you updated with all information regarding any COVID protocols.

Registration will open on-line on a date to be advised.  In-person registration is on hold at this time and if any questions please contact the club.

BRIGHTON SOCCER CLUB

Brighton Soccer is a non-profit organization providing recreational youth soccer to our community and surrounding areas.  Our Club is run primarily with the help of many dedicated volunteers.  Weekly games are all played in Brighton.  

Our vision is to see that all children/youth have the ability to play regardless of circumstances.

Our focus is on fair play and fun, while learning quality skills and how to be a team player.  

Volunteers are always welcome, as everyone knows: "It takes a village..."

COVID UPDATES

As we enter into the 2023 Season, all clubs will continue to work in conjunction with Ontario Soccer for a safe season.  

A note to all parents:  Please monitor your child(ren) by doing a self-assessment before each game and contact the coach of any absences.

Please go to our Divisions section to get information on your child's or children's age groups.

Another successful season for Brighton Soccer has now ended.

Congratulations to all of our players and we look forward to seeing you in 2024.

An announcement as to the date of our Annual General Meeting will be forthcoming.

2024 registration will open mid February.  Date to be posted.

Brighton Soccer Executive

Please remember that ABSOLUTELY NO JEWELLERY is allowed to be worn by any players during game time.  The player(s) will be asked to remove the jewellery or unfortunately will not be allowed to play.

There will no longer be the option to tape the jewellery.

The only exception to this rule are medic alert bracelets (or necklaces) and these must be secured so as to not to be a hazard to the player or other players.

We would like to highlight the Weather Policies for the soccer club.

GAMES ARE PLAYED RAIN OR SHINE.  Coaches cannot cancel a game or do any re-scheduling.  ONLY the Referee can call a game at the field of play for THUNDER/LIGHTENING.

If the HUMIDEX reaches 40 degrees, the Club Executive will notify the Coaches by 4:00pm that game day.  

With regard to AIR QUALITY, again the Club Executive will notify the Coaches of any cancellations with daily updates.

Please note there will be no U21 division this season as we have been unable to register enough players.  We apologize to those players who did register.

U6 - U16 start date week of May 29th

U4 - start date week of June 5th

U4 and U6 - Mondays OR Tuesdays 

U8  -  Wednesdays OR Thursdays

U10 and U13  -  Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs

U16  -  Tuesdays

U21  -  Wednesdays 

All games nights rotate according to the schedules (1 game/week)

Please note the following birth years & divisions:

***U4  -  2019                U6  -  2017/2018

U8  -  2015/2016          U10  -  2013/2014

U13  -  2010/2011/2012     

U16  -  2007/2008/2009

U21  -  2003/2004/2005/2006

*** Please note that at this time only the birth year 2019 is applicable for the U4 division.  

Please bear in mind that while we do not discourage friend requests,  there will be a limit of 1 request per player.

We attempt to balance out all teams between gender, age, skill level (at the older divisions) and still put family and friends together.
