Dear Parents/Players,

Despite the Club's best efforts to accommodate our 13 & 14 yr old players (& help them feel comfortable) by creating the U12 and U14 divisions, the numbers are not in our favour.

There are only 32 players registered in the U14 division with only 3 weeks until the season starts.

We held off as long as possible and have crunched the numbers every which way possible and at this point we have no choice but to (#1) move all 2013 birth yr players to U12 and change the division to U13 and (#2) give all 2012 birth yr players the choice to play up in U18 or play down in U13.

***Please note that the U18 division is made up of 90% of the players being 14 to 17 yrs of age.

The Club prides itself in offering fun and safe soccer to all of our members. There is absolutely no tolerance for inappropriate behaviour on the field. All of the oldest players will be evenly distributed among the teams.

VERY IMPORTANT: PLEASE RESPOND to brightonsoccerclub9@gmail.com as to whether your 2012 birth yr child wishes to play up in U18 or down in U13.  

We apologize for the switching up again this year but please know that we did our utmost to try and accommodate all players from the outset.
