U10 Division

Game nights are on EITHER Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays OR Thursdays (depending on schedule)

Game time is 6:30pm SHARP (practice times will be advised by coaches)

Play is 7 v 7 (6 plus goalie) - minimum 5 players to start

PLAYER EQUIPMENT

Cleats and shinpads are mandatory

Absolutely NO jewellery is allowed during play (taping is not allowed) - only exception to this rule is medic alert bracelets/necklaces which must be secured in place
