Game nights are Thursdays (Practices to be scheduled by coach)

Games start at 6:30pm sharp and 8:15pm sharp

Play is 9 v 9 (8 + goalie) - minimum 7 players to start

PLAYER EQUIPMENT

Cleats and shinpads are mandatory

Absolutely NO jewellery is allowed during play - the only exception to this rule is medic alert bracelets/necklaces which must be secured in place
