Game nights will be Tuesdays

Game times will be 6:30pm and 8:15pm

Play is 11 v 11 (10 + goalie) 7 player minimum to start

PLAYER EQUIPMENT

Cleats and shinpads are mandatory

Absolutely NO jewellery is allowed during play (no taping allowed) - only exception to this rule is medic alert bracelet/necklaces which must be secured in place
